Whether you're heading to a university, community college, trade school, or a certification program, the FAFSA is your ticket to financial aid, scholarships, and that next big chapter of your life. But you can’t get the money if you don’t apply!
Get one-on-one help completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from experts from College Now Greater Cleveland, Say Yes Cleveland, and the CMSD Office of College and Career Readiness—with support from the Office of Family and Community Engagement.

It’s time to celebrate our future HBCU leaders! Join us for Northeast Ohio HBCU Bound Day 2025, a vibrant, community-centered event recognizing and uplifting 12th grade scholars from across Northeast Ohio who are committed to attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the fall of 2025.
This special day is all about honor, support, and connection as we come together to acknowledge these incredible students and prepare them for the journey ahead.
This event is open to all CMSD scholars and families, as well as students from other communities across Northeast Ohio. Whether you're from Cleveland, East Cleveland, Euclid, Warrensville, Akron, or anywhere in between—if you're HBCU Bound, this day is for YOU!
Wear your college gear, bring your loved ones, and get ready to be celebrated!
